Bank was closed. I set my appointment to meet with a representative and lost my morning due to this. Next time when is under construction or something put it on the app.

It's an awesome bank .... My sister has been working for Bank of America for 30 something yrs ..

The branch manager and his staff are great and knowledgeable. Helped me successfully with my llc set up and banking

4th largest city in the United States, downtown, during lunch hour.... You think they would be learning how to work efficiency. I was the only person waiting in line and I waited for 20 minutes. Don't go here unless you want to waste your time.

i went for my document notary service. Staffs are helpful and good. I went during Monday lunch time and the waiting time is crazy. it was about 45 mins . except the waiting time, service was good.

I was in and out legit less than 5 min. I went a Tuesday around 3:00PM so I'm not sure what is is like other times of the day but I'm not mad. ;
