Bank of America

I reached there today @3:50p but I was told by an employee named Joanna that I couldn’t be seen because the bank is closed. I needed to do an important transaction so I was very disappointed as the bank should be closed @4p as scheduled. That’s wasn’t nice at all..

I went to get verified and a lady threw me out of the bank because she said she was tired of verifying people and they were short in staff. She was so unprofessional. She was spanish with dark hair and it happened on February 23,2021 in the afternoon.

This bank customer service Is horrible there a guys at the front misleading people. after telling him the service I needed he stil put me on the wrong line. After all that waiting I couldn’t get the service I needed and he was so disrespectful to everyone

Disgusting, dirty, smells and homeless and addicts sleeping in atm area. Looks like a 3rd world country.

Considering the circumstances all employees went out of their way to serve everyone as fast as they were able. Avoid peak times if time is a consideration

Horrible service came in for a 12:30pm appointment and it’s 1:17pm and still haven’t been seen. Smh

Be prepared to spend an hour or more when you come to see a teller, crazy the on a friday they only have 1-2 tellers..... ridiculous when most people get paid on a friday, wouldn't suggest coming here at all... change your bank of you can

They need more people or agents .just 3 agent and 2 security in the bank it’s no fare , the costumer waiting for a long line ,

Slowest service ever. It's more of a fashion show instead of a business. Long lines and 1 teller. No customer service AT ALL
