HORRIBLE LOCATION AN OVERWEIGHT FEMALE DIDNT CATCH HER NAME WAS HIGHLY RUDE AND STARTED YELLING AT ME FOR NO REASON! NEVER EVER HAVE EXPERIENCED SUCH A THING! IF YOU CANT HAVE GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS DONT WORK IN BANK SETTING! ILL BE TAKING THIS HIGHER UP BECAUSE IT WAS A DISGUSTING TREATMENT!
Angela Hernandez is a very fantastic teller, efficient, kind and knowledgeable. The manager of the branch Julissa is the negative in the equation I advise you go to one of the banker/tellers for your issues, or just call customer service. Branch also has parking, can’t be beat!
Time is money and this branch is mad friendly and extremely helpful and a big plus it has disabled parking, Love it with five stars
Horrible customer service. Ms. Hernandez kept rolling her eyes at me which is very unprofessional. Worst bank I’ve been to in a very long time.
