Grat service but Lots of people begin for money in the entrance

I asked to speak with someone from the loan department she said what kind of loan I said personal she said they don’t do it meanwhile about 2 years ago my aunt just applied for it and got her money so how is that? She was so rude and said well I’ve been working with chase and we didn’t do that 2 years ago

We had to wait a while for assistance and branch was extremely busy. Although the officers were pleasant and really helped us but service can be better.

I'd love to say that they're a helpful, knowledgeable staff, but they don't answer the phone when someone has called their branch several spaced out times the entire morning from open to close.

Takes a long time to get help and there are only four seats available. There needs to be more customer service personnel in this bank since there are more people standing around waiting to be called from the sign-in sheet. On a hot humid day, no air conditioning to relieve the time that passes by.

2 years ago the Latino representative they have/had skips people in the line to take care of white people. Lambonaso!
