Slow service, only one teller with the line going out the door.
Make appointment first to open the bank account so when you there they not skip you. Even though you sign in first. they said .. ooo they come yesterday and make appoitmen so they have right to skip you.
I’ve been waiting here for an hour because on a Friday they only have 2 people working here attending to people. How ridiculous!! Honestly would not recommend this place to anyone due to their horrible customer service!
On a busy day like thursday is a shame having only two people working. I have busines account and there is noone working on that department at all. I really wish a had a closer bank arlund here. Its time to use chase.

Every time you call this branch they automatically connect you to costumer service as if is not one of the menu options.
Worst customer service ever. Just one customer service agent for like 20 people trying to open accounts and solve all kind of problem.You see the other agents just taking lunch giving a f*** even if they see you standing in a chair for hours.
Always overcrowded, dark on the inside and attracts a lot of undesirable soliciting for my hard earned money. I try always to avoid this place.
