Well organized.
Usually when I get a check with Chase's name on it I'm able to cash it but because it's a City Check with Chase's name on it I can't cash it unless I have an account with them. TD bank cashes any check with their name on it. Idk I guess the NYC isn't reliable enough with their billions of dollars they have.
By far one of the worse branches I ever been to in the entire New York City area. There are only four visible windows opened in this branch and they possibly get more than 1,000 window transactions a day. Is it because it’s in a poor community we don’t deserve expedited services as others like Upper West Side, Union Square?
ATM service does not work and shortage of tellers. I waited ten minutes for my check to deposit. The security guard was the only helpful one.
No good customer service. Went there just for my statement in English and they said "no can't do" and i went to a different location and print it with no problem. Maybe they lazy or i Do Not know.
Very slow service
The personal banker I dealt with did not want to contact the other branches to find out some information for me. She suggested I contact them on my own time. This is why I usually go to the Chases in midtown/downtown Manhattan, not the South Bronx.
Nice lady helps u belong the line... But the black girl who does security is rude and chatty... She was blocking the door on purpose not welcoming at all
