Bankruptcy Attorney Mark Albert Herder

I have the best experience with Mark Herder and his staff! They are all so nice and extremely efficient in what they do. They make you feel very comfortable and help you every step of the way. I was very nervous about filing chapter 13 but they eased my fears the first day I met with them. Lindsay (one of the lawyers) was very helpful and able to answer all of my questions. She went over everything in great detail which I was very much appreciative of! I have already recommended them to a few people I know and will recommend them to anyone!

I hired Mark Herder for my bankruptcy last Monday, and he filed my Chapter 13 on Friday. Very quick and efficient -- very much to the point. He and his staff do not mess around with upsell and other unnecessary garbage that I encountered with another bankruptcy attorney in Columbus. I discovered him through a friend, who also had an excellent experience with Mark. He also did not try to gouge me with crazy upfront fees. Thank you again!
