This is something no one wants to admit to or deal with but in these trying times, it can occur to the best of us. Thank God for Erin for being there for me during my Chapter 13 every step of the way, always making herself available every single time I needed her. If I could give more than 5 stars, I honestly would. When i arrived for my first meeting I had no idea what was needed or even what to ask. My attorney Justin Albright was prepared, well versed and more than helpful with insight from all aspects. He made a hard time for our family into a quick and easy process that set us all at ease. I would recommend Rauser and Associates Columbus office to any friend or family member!

I went to speak to this office about bankruptcy chapter 7 and he told me he wants $795 just for himself then later I would need to pay $335 for the bankruptcy. That's the highest quote I've received. I have no poperteries or objects at all and my case is super simple and he's taking advantage of people. I'd advise going elsewhere.

Justin Albright was my attorney through this very difficult time in my life. Never did I think I would ever have to claim bankruptcy, but that did happen to me this year. It was humiliating & hard to come to grips with, and it was my only way out of my financial difficulties. Mr. Albright took care of the legal aspect, but was also there to support me and help me through all aspects of the process.
