Words can not express my gratitude for the service I received from Marshall. I came to Marshall after having a horrible experience with another attorney. He meticulously reviewed my case and quickly identified errors that were made in filling critical documents and he NEVER criticized, insulted, or spoke negatively about my former attorney. He instead, focused on me, my family's needs, and the outcome I desired. Marshall was straightforward, transparent, and was wise counsel for me during this process. It wasn't easy hearing the position I had gotten myself into but Marshall didn't pass judgement on my choices. He pointed me in the right direction and stayed the course with me to the end. What a great experience. Mr. Cohen and his super staff walked me through every step of the way in what I expected to be a painful and harrowing experience. I can’t say enough about how kind, thoughtful, and supportive everyone in the office was. While I hope I never have the need for his services again, I would not hesitate to call immediately if I need advice!

Mr. Cohen graciously listened to our challenging situation and guided us through the legal process to re-establish ourselves financially, all while repaying creditors 100%. He and his staff are knowledgeable, professional and friendly. I highly recommend him.
