I don't believe there are too many positive things to say about a bankruptcy, but Jump Legal was typically quick to respond to my questions and they were always polite and professional. Karen often responded within 10 minutes of an email by phone and email to make sure I got the answer I was looking for at the time. I don't recommend a bankruptcy, but if you ever have to go through it, I would recommend using Jump Legal.

Awful firm.They don’t explain the case to clients and don’t listen to their needs. Very rude on the phone and never return phone calls.
