I putting one star for now. I had to bring my dog Brutus in Friday evening. I've only been able to get someone to answer the phone one Time I've been trying to reach you for last 3 days in a row left 4 recorded message in detail with my name and phone number. My dog has skin condition and needs meds I don't know if he is ok or not because no one will call me back please call me I am worried!

We called and set up an appointment to get this dog that I had fell in love with. And they said that they would hold her till Friday, (My mom called on Thursday). We live in St. Paul Ne and we made it all the way between York and grand island, when they called and said that she had been adopted this afternoon. We will never go there again.

Only open admission shelter in Nebraska that is no kill! We serve Gage County, however unfortunately if we are full we cannot take animals from out of county. We do help out as we can though!

The staff are extremely rude. The animals are great but I know for a fact the tags they put on cages that say they "get along with other animals" is a lie. We got my cat from them a cpuple of years ago and she did fine but the cats in there now are not safe to have around other animals.
