Bella Nail Salon

I'm almost positive that I was discriminated against. I walk in to see two techs sitting down doing nothing and one customer drying. I was told that they couldn't do a mani/pedi right now. I'm not sure why you can't do it "right now" with two free techs, but my money can be spent elsewhere.

Not a very friendly staff and my pedicure, that I had been so looking forward to, was rushed and I felt, parts I've had in other salons (sugar or salt scrub and lotion) was skipped. It was a reasonable price but I don't think they even earned what I gave them. Part of me wanted to skip the tip all together but I certainly gave less than I've given at other salons. Will only use them in emergencies and find a salon where I don't feel like they are chatting about me in a language I don't understand. Dont they understand how rude that is?

I have always had a pleasant experience getting my nails do e here The syaff.is friendly and walk ins are not a problem

Got my acrylics done here yesterday. They told me to wait for the fan to turn off for dry time, did so, and 7 of my nails got smudged before leaving. Asked them to fix them, their idea of fixing was to pour a little polish remover on and repaint them. My nails look horrible. Will never come back to this place ever again.
