L a Nails

I had a wonderful experience. They did a beautiful job with my gel nails. The service was excellent and efficient. They did not rush and took their time doing a nice job. Will definitely be returning!

I had to choose one star, because I didn't have the option to do without one. My mom (who is in a wheelchair) wanted to get a manicure after being in the hospital for six months. As I'm wheeling her in, one of the techs says to her, "Did you lose something?" As if she didn't belong there. After my mom responded with what do you mean, she turned us away and said they're too busy!!. What nail shop turns away customers!! Mind you, someone pulled up next to us and went into the shop and was getting serviced before I could wheel my mom in!! Also, the chairs were full, but there were NO customers waiting, and they did not give us the option to wait!! After I got my mom in the car, I made sure they knew how rude and disgusting they were and I promised that every place I could write a review about them, I would. Its funny that while getting ready to leave other customers went in and weren't turned away....I wonder why

This is one of the only nail places I'll go to. They just do a really good job every time, and my nail Polish stays on until my next visit.
