Regal Nails

Worst pedicure ever! My mom and I went to this salon to have pedicures together. It was her birthday so we were really looking to spend quality time together, and enjoy a relaxing pedicure. When we arrived they sat us in chairs that were nowhere near each other. We asked if we could be moved to be next to each other, and they did accommodate us. We then waited an hour for our services to begin. Once it had begun, my mom received hers first. We were trying to explain to the nail technician that she had fake nails on her big toes that would need to be soaked off; the technician had no idea what we were trying to say. The technician was trying to soak them all off. We continued to let her provide the service as we could not get her to understand what we were trying to say. My service didn't even start till she was finished with my mom. She rushed through both pedicures. Cut my nails after I asked her not to. Gave the worst massage and the polish was even sloppy. My mom did receive two acrylic nails on her big toes with nail art. I just had the pedicure. My moms service was 50.00. I was shocked! There is no way that the service she received was worth 50.00. As mine was 29.00, also not worth it. The woman who provided the service only performs pedicures. You would think she would be a pro. If you would like a fantastic and relaxing pedicure, this is not the place to go!

Today is our second visit to this salon. We've had Sally do our nails both times. She takes her time, and pays attention to details as she shapes the acrylics. She is happy to adjust the length however I want them. Today, she had painted candy cane stripes and a snowflake on mine. I'm content with the service here, and we'll keep coming back.

I have been getting my nails done for many years at various places. This salon had horrible customer service and did an ok job on nails before the new owners took over. A guy named Sam runs the place and he is very focused on the customer and probably the best person who has ever done my nails. I am a very busy person, so I am not looking for a spa experience. I want a top-notch job done as quick as possible and he does it. I understand he has a masters certification in his field and it shows. I always get the pink and white acrylic. My mother in law gets liquid gel nails done in Florida and had to drive up near Erie to get them done around here. This location offers liquid gel service now and it is better for your nails. If you're looking for that service, she was very satisfied and it wasn't even Sam who did her nails.

I have been here before and I would of rated them a 3 but unfortunately yesterday was the worst experience ever me and a friend went together we got there at 3:10 and didn’t get done until 5:15! I got a full set and a pedicure no one was in there they were not busy! The guy did my nails but then did not paint them he watched a show on his phone while doing my nails and told me to go sit in the pedicure chair the other lady in there turned the water on and went back to my friends nails she then said I’ll be right back got to go get kids almost 40 minutes later then went and did someone’s eye brows then came over to me!! While she was gone the guy did another girls nails and then sat and did nothing she then came over to me and tried to brush off her being gone so long and then kind of rushed my pedicure which i have had plenty of them before! I will never go back!!! Customer service sucks

This is the worst place ever. My fiancé and her best friend went there yesterday to get there nails done. The man that works there didn’t acknowledge them because he was on his phone watching a movie, when my friend sat down to get her nails done he continued to watch his movie doing a half ass job on her manicure. Then they rushed through my fiancé’s nails and didn’t even clip her hangnails or turn on her massage chair or massage her legs, on top of that the water was cold. Then the lady that works there told them she had to go and get her kids and would be back. An hour and a half passed and she still wasn’t back, the man was just sitting there on his phone the whole time. They asked if he knew when she’d be back and he continued to watch his movie and said soon. Not doing anything to have customer service. Then she got back and did another ladies eyebrows who was there far after them. When she finally got back to doing their nails she didn’t even ask my friend what color, nor did she give her gel nail polish like she had paid for. They are terrible, don’t care about the customers and don’t care about how the nails look, which is horrific. I am completely disappointed and we paid $76 for one and $50 for the other. DO NOT ever go here.
