They don't honor prices listed on site! I don't trust them never going back!!!!!! Had to give them one star but really they deserve none.

It was the first time I went and I will not be back. The entire time I was there they spoke to each other in whatever it is their language was. They did not speak to any of us. There was a very animated conversation between all of the staff...I have no idea what it was about. I paid 22.00 only to walk out feeling unimportant, devalued, insulted and feeling that they did not want or care about their customers. I did not give a tip, and I told them how I felt. And walked out. Very disappointed. Incredibly rude! I gave them one star only because I couldn't give less and post a review.

I have never felt so ignored at a nail salon. They speak in their language. They are loud and laughing the entire time the rest of us have no idea what they are saying. All the customers just sit there and look at each other like we don't even belong there. That is not how to make your customers feel welcomed. How are we supposed to know that they are not laughing at our expense. I find it rude and extremely unprofessional. If you want to have a business in America, then speak English!
