Belle View Inn

Pros: Gorgeous property with lots of history. Quiet...many times we had the pool and hot tub to ourselves. Employees were very nice and helpful. We were able to checkin early. Bikes were free to rent. Breakfast basket each morning had THE BEST croissants we've ever had. Orange juice was not so great. LOVED going to their sister hotel Sand Pearl for one of our days to swim at the Clearwater beach. Very easy process to park Free Valet and got to use their lounge chairs. After swimming all day with a TON of people we enjoyed going back to our quiet Belleview. Easily one of the nicest hotels we've ever stayed in. We will be back! Cons: Our fridge was not working great. It was blowing warm air so we called the front desk. They called back quickly and told us the maintenance worker was off for the weekend. That was definitely a bummer, but they have a huge cooler at the end of the hallway with bags of ice so we kept things cool in our cooler. The only other thing that could have been improved is the garbage cans at the pool. We arrived on Saturday and they were already maxed out. A few days later and someone still had not come to remove the trash that was building up around the cans. We mentioned something to the desk, but it was not till the next day someone bagged it up. Overall, we LOVED our stay and look forward to returning!

We loved our stay here. The accommodations were cozy and roomy. We stayed in the Tennis Hall of Fame Suite - it was like a mini apartment..Parking was good and the location couldn't have been better..The owners were incredibly friendly. I truly felt at home in every sense of the word. Highly recommend!Rooms: 5/5

Beautiful Inn close to main Newport attractions, scrumptious breakfast, comfortable rooms, friendly owners. WE had a very memorable stay here and would love to come back. Highly recommended.

The Belle View Inn was a perfect place to stay in Newport: it wasn't too far to walk to downtown, the mansions, or the ocean; the room was spacious and clean, had everything I needed. I would absolutely stay there again.
