I was looking for a gift for my wife. I had purchased a small pendant 15 years ago from Ben Bridge for her birthday. It was really nicely designed. She liked it a lot. It was stolen a few years later. But we were thinking about it recently, so I went to Ben Bridge. The same kind of pendant was no longer of course in the store. But the salesperson remembered it! It turned out she was the one who had helped us 15 years ago. She did some searching, found the last one in stock at I guess some central inventory, and contacted us. So my wife has the pendant for her birthday next week.
Glenn and Carissa were both very helpful throughout the whole process and were very patient when working with us. When we first got there they made us feel really comfortable and taught us all there is to know about diamonds and the process of choosing the perfect ring. They both went above and beyond to make sure we got exactly what we were looking for and exceeded our expectations.
I visited here to have my watch battery replaced recently. Upon entry, I was immediately greeted and was helped right away. The service was very attentive and courteous. I received a call today and picked up the watch with no issues. The price was very reasonable and I will continue to bring my watches there.
May gave me exceptional customer service. I was looking for a specific ring. I live on another Island so we had to do everything by phone and text. She went above and beyond to help me find the perfect ring. She even had it sized and engraved. I could not recommend her and Ben Bridge more. Mahalo May!

I came in with an idea of what I would like for my husband wedding band. When they didn’t have the ring I thought I wanted, Carissa and her colleagues went above and beyond showing us other options while still keeping in mind what I wanted. Glenn provided excellent service, showing me some items I asked to see as well as a few similar ones. I ended up leaving but coming back later and was impressed that he remembered my name and pieces I wanted. Excellent customer service, excellent personality.
Ben Bridge sales person asked the right questions and knew what we wanted. She showed us several pairs of earrings and had my granddaughter put the earring in position to see if she liked the looks. It was very quick and we came out feeling great and very satisfied. My granddaughter was very happy.
