Location is good and sales rep was great. I had my wish list and Megan was able to locate everything and even put my bracelet together with her advice. Definitely my go-to location.
We always shop here. We buy our mom Pandora for EVERY occasion and both her and my other half has their Credit card. For all the times we go, we always end up with someone with a great customer service. But today, their sales lead Shayde? didn’t really give us that. My other half was there first. He said he felt like he was being rush. Then when I came in I felt the same. & her voice kinda give me the irritated attitude. At some point she even slammed the door on the cabinets… Yeah you close at 6:00 but we were in that long list way before that. ‍
Great experience here. The customer service was excellent and she helped me pick out the cutest ring.
COVID precautions are not excessive sign in and wait for your name to be called, to enter. The sales reps were very friendly and provided great assistance. Ask about any discounts you are used to receiving before you swipe your card‼ My associate was nice enough to inform me of the discount for my next purchase.
Very nice and helpful employees. Shayde is very helpful and answered all of my questions even though I didn't purchase anything. I would recommend this store for any gift giving ideas and ask for Shayde.
Went broke again. But was offered a credit card and got it. In doing so I got $60 off with no interest for 6 mos. I came home and paid it off. Another card put on the side. No problem...there's no annual fee. The service was unreal for the clerk knew where everything was at. Many of her co-workers interrupted with questions. NP...she answered and never skipped a beat with us. We will see ya on the next grandchilds bracelet for me.
Went in today of all days and it was busy. But everyone was helped in a timely fashion and me personally I got what i wanted. It was wrapped and bagged nicely and was satisfied with the product and service. I got a beauty and the beast bangle and just wanna say thanks to the gentlemen who helped me. Merry Xmas
Great service in store but I just ordered online and I didn’t receive a confirmation number thru email but the transaction is showing on my bank statement. So basically they’re charging me for a order they can’t access or see. Never ordering online with them again.
Got my first bracelet and a few charms, the girl there was very patient and friendly.
My wife loves their products. Thankfully it wasnt near and holidays because it can get busy really quick!
