Came in to have two of my 14k rope chains fixed. They were my grandmother's jewelry and I needed to repair a link and replace the clasp. The sales women were so professional and easy to order the repair with. They estimated it would take 6 weeks but it was done in less than 2 weeks. I am definitely pleased with the quality work done on this repair. Paid a total of around $200 for soldering the broken link and replacing the clasps to lobster claw on two separate 14k rope chains. Prices were comparable at other places Definitely recommend them for their customer service and convenient location

I’ve been coming to Hawaii since I was a child, and now that I have 3 littles of my own I wanted a heirloom bracelet to commemorate our trips. On my most recent trip I decided I wanted a bracelet, but the ones available in Waikiki were too generic. It was a Sunday and their main store was closed, so we went to their mall location. The sales rep was very patient with my mom and I as we made our decisions. Mom custom ordered a bracelet, whilst I found one that I loved and fit perfectly. We were so excited! The next day my mom convinced me that I should get my children’s names engraved inside the bangle, so we made out way down the the Bishop St. Store at 4pm. I explained we were leaving first thing Wednesday morning, but the lovely lady behind the counter said she would try to rush it they close at 4:30pm for Tuesday pickup, otherwise they could ship it to me. The next morning I got a call at 10:15am, right after they opened that my bracelet was ready. We swung by and had to double parked, but she was fast and had it ready to go. The engraving had to be done by hand since it was a ready made bangle, and it was perfect. I teared up seeing the little hearts between their hand scripted names. RHHJ level of customer service really made my bracelet that much more special. I will be back soon for more bracelets, mahalo!
