Kind of a joke of a shop. Service was awful, run by incoherent out of touch women with no actual taste in fashion and a bad eye for proper jewelry. It seemed as if she was confused by the most redundant questions. Sales clerk was ill informed on embezzlement and bails. When asked about their own jewelry, I couldn’t get a real straight answer as to where the materials came from.

Purchased diamond wedding set last year. Prongs started shifting so we took it back to have then fix it. When we got the ring back, it wasnt the same ring. It looked like my ring but was not the exact ring or diamond. When i brought it in and pointed out the differences and how it differed from my receipt, they first tried to insult me by telling me my diamond is small, then insisted my ring was so dirty before i brought it in that i couldnt tell that my diamond was flawed greatly. When i explained to them that it wasnt dirty when i purchased it and that the large crack in my diamond wasnt there then and every other day i stared at it for a year, they told me to come back and talk to the manager. Im so disgusted i dont even want to bother. No sense in trying to make right what someone has intentionally lied to you about then tried to insult your intelligence over. I wouldnt recommend them to anyone.
