Visited the pearlridge location today and had the best time with Jennifer N. She was knowledgeable, kind and very professional. She didn’t rush us or make us feel uncomfortable. She went above and beyond, even letting my little one play with stickers and her calculator to keep her occupied while we shopped. We are long time zales costumers but this is the first time I’ve ever thoroughly enjoyed my experience there. Can’t recommend her enough. Mahalo!

Got a bracelet for valentines, and needed to have it repaired. Thank GOD we got the lifetime warranty. It covered the service and replaced the bracelet. Hoping it doesn't break again cause I was told that was the last one out there.! The lady who work there were helpful and diligent in reordering and reconnecting with me for pick up. Plus we scored a great deal when it was purchased.

The representatives greet me well when I enter the store. They allow me to dictate what I am interested to purchase. The store is clean. They advise me of my terms and agreements prior to purchase. They provide me a smile after purchase while leaving the store. I would recommend a friend to shop there at Zales in Pearlridge.

Saw what you will about the jewelry quality, but the staff at this location are wonderful. They're always nice. I bring my jewelry to get cleaned & inspected & they never try to upsell me or get me to trade it in - which I love! Other locations were always hounding me about it & finding issues with my wedding ring that was purchased from a location on the mainland. That store would always find issues & my ring spent more time being fixed than on my finger, yet it only happened at that particular store & none of the others I went to. At the time, it was the only store I could get to. I got so frustrated that I stopped wearing that ring so it couldn't get damaged. Imagine me having to tell my husband that I wouldn't be wearing the gorgeous ring he bought & saved for! Now I go to this location & I've never been happier! The ladies here are just grand!!! And I can wear that ring again!

Pearlridge Zales customer service are way better than the service received recently at Ka Makana Alii. They had only two female rep, one was on the phone and the other was going through some files who was very unpleasant.

This Zales location is our go to jewelry store! Cheryl and her team are so helpful and knowledgeable. We wouldn’t go anywhere else!
