I ordered a cookie cookie sundae it turned out to be the smallest, cheapest sundae I ever had.  It appeared to have 1/2 scoops of ice cream, a table spoon of topping and squirt of whip cream and topped off with a burnt chocolate chip cookie.  It was very disappointing!  Next time I will cross the parking lot to Sweet Frog, where I can get twice as much for the $8 I wasted

I go to Ben and Jerry’s often because I work nearby and I always order my ice cream in a cup with two toppings and normally the workers give me a good amount of toppings and ice cream for the $7 ice cream I am purchasing. Today, the manager on duty there, literally counted out 5 gummy worms and gave me the smallest scoop of gummy bears. I feel this is extremely unfair for the $7 ice cream I purchased.

Good ice cream but expensive. The tables are almost always a mess though, and most of them are wobbly. Staff is always friendly, even when busy.
