I love Carvel ice cream since childhood, but I was overcharged for my Flying Saucers at this one. The guy rang it up for $8.99 when the sticker on the package said $7.99. A little money grab like this will keep me from returning anytime soon.

It is very expensive and they do not make the sundaes as advertised or like the other Carvels. I like Carvels but I do not reccomend this one.

Worst carvel experience ever! We ordered a football cake and there was no fudge on it, one of the only reasons we like that cake. I called to say there was no fudge and the guy who answered kept saying we ordered it gluten free! I love gluten and would never order anything like that. He insisted that’s how we ordered it. Then my wife got on the phone and then he told her that there was fudge on it but just not a lot. If I ever get a carvel cake again I’ll stick to to $12 ones at the grocery store not the $23 ones that are poorly made then blamed on the people who bought it.
