I’ve been here for 4 years and I really enjoy it. The office staff is amazing! It's the city, not the burbs so you’re gonna have city type things. The location is great and my building is nice, quiet and well maintained.
I was first tenant. Beautiful and kewl. Until they let residents in that don’t care or never lived in an apartment before. Became dirty and gross.
Very nice and affordable apartment homes. These apartments are income based and you must apply to see if you qualify
Lived there for 5yrs the apartments are spacey but too much homeless and drug addicts that hang around and also too many car break ins
It’s such nice housing tbh
I have emailed them several times, they have yet to respond to any if them.
Nice place to live its a 420 building
