Bengoa Eye Care

I was disappointed at the wait time to get in, but was happy to get a call of a cancellation that got me in over a month sooner. My eye exam was thorough beyond any expectation I could have had. Everything they did was explained slowly, clearly and if I had any questions, they didn't rush me , but patiently explained the various tests and what they did. I had a new test and was happy to spend the $30 - as it showed healthy eyes. Dr. Bengoa went thru all the tests, and agreed my eyes have changed and will need new lenses. The staff that handled that were also quite thorough. I didn't want to give up my current glasses for them to fit the new lenses, so she checked to see if the lens person had a template of my frames, and they did. This means they can process my lenses without taking my frames. When they come in, I just need 10-20 min in the office to have them fit. I like that extra customer service step they took for me. Finally, since my health savings acct doesn't start till 7/1, they are waiting to move forward so that it works for me financially. All in all, a great experience, and worth the wait.

Dr. Bengoa & his staff are an exceptional team. This is a caring environment that allows you to feel comfortable at every stage of the visit. They are thoughtful and genuinely care about you and your family. Dr Bengoa is also community minded and volunteers his services on several community projects. He gives back to our community and is a wonderful asset, we are fortunate to have this local business.

I was very pleased Dr. Bengoa took extra time of his day to see me. He is very professional, and caring. Up-to-date equipment and techniques. Entire staff very nice. Dr. Bengoa took his time and explained all of my options. Thank you.
