Bentonville Smiles - Dr. Dale Remerscheid DDS

I would highly recommend Dr. Remerscheid and his staff. I drive over an hour to come here.

I'm not so sure about this place. I've gone for cleanings for awhile and never really had any issues. The staff behind the front desk always seemed snooty or self-entitled, but that's really it. I became disappointed when I had to get a root canal. He ended my procedure with "well.....I think I got it all." (The cavity) And then proceeded to wrap everything up, instead of being thorough. A few months later, I go for a cleaning. Lo and behold, the same tooth needs to be retreated because the problem was not solved initially. The doctor himself is very nice, but I guess that doesn't matter much when you don't work thoroughly, causing your patients to have to unnecessarily fork out more money. Very upsetting.

My children and I have been coming to Dr. Remerscheid for years. We have been very pleased with his office and his staff is wonderful. We have never felt rushed and the quality of his work is incredible. My child had never had an injection before and my daughter told me she "didn't even feel it" after she had a cavity filled. Dr. Remerscheid has always been very personable, patient and professional every time we come in. He recently fitted me with a NTI splint and it has changed the way my TMJ has been managed. It is an appliance I should have gotten years ago! No more headaches or jaw pain. We highly recommend his office and will continue to be patients for a very long time.

Who is Dr. Dale Remerscheid DDS? In the years I’ve gone to his office he has never once taken the time to introduce himself, say hello or otherwise pretend he cares I’m a patient. If you want to know your dentist go elsewhere.

Unfortunately I'm Extremely disappointed, this was my first visit to the doctor and he didn't even have time to sit down and look in my mouth. The nurse took x-rays and the doctor looked at the x-rays in the other room. The doctor came in said I need a root Canal and walked out. I didn't even get a hand shake. The doctor had zero concern about asking me any questions regarding my tooth. The front office was not friendly at all. I'm not sure if I caught him/them on a bad day. I'm super bummed and very disappointed. I did my research on this doctor and he gets great reviews but my first impression was not good. 😒
