Sunset Avenue Dental

Worst experience at a dentist ever! And it shows since I never returned to finish my treatment plan and went elsewhere! Everything they did seemed super unprofessional like giving me 2 shots then leaving and working on another patient for so long that my numbness wore OFF and had to be given 2 more shots!!!! As someone that hates dentists and needles that was super convenient. They way they handled things in my mouth was really rough and painful leaving way more sore than the procedure itself. Would never recommend this place to anyone! Do yourselves a favor and pay a little more for quality work and customer service.

This is my local dentist. We love them. Not only do they have great dentist but they give back to their community. My sons school needed tooth brushes for OCC and they gave us over 80 toothbrushes! We cant thank you all enough!

Daughter went in for a root canal a year ago...found out today, from her dentist in San Diego, that the pain she was experiencing in that area was that same tooth infected, again, this time at the bottom of the root...never, ever again!

DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE it is bait and switch. They will not honor coupons sent in mail. I would give NO STARS if possible. This is not a good place to go it is corporate owned, company in Illinois.

Scheduled an appointment to have a cleaning done. I get there as a new patient, get sent back and am IMMEDIATELY told that they are "too busy" and my cleaning will not be done. Fine. I go sit down and I'm approached by another person asking if I have kids. No, I don't. She then proceeds to tell me her concern is I have head lice. I had babysat a family member's child over the weekend a few weeks prior so thinking this WAS the case I rescheduled and left. I called my Family member let them know, hey, this happened, check your child, notify your day care so on, so forth. I called my hair stylist (whom I had seen 4 days ago) she told me she'd noticed nothing, to come in and have her double check. She and a co-worker both checked me thoroughly and found NOTHING. AFTER My sibling had called the daycare, AFTER I rescheduled my appointment. I have never been so embarrassed. WILL. NOT. RETURN.
