They are the most caring supportive people I have come across in a long time. They take great pains to make sure you are comfortable and accommodate your needs. They dental work is excellent and reasonably priced.

I responded to a mail flyer, offering $59 cleaning & xrays. The hygienist did a good job. When I received a statement with all the procedures I supposedly needed for a total of over $7,000, I was shocked! Dr. Mercer claimed I needed three crowns and two root canals. I sought a second opinion from another dentist who told me I had two small cavities; no root canals necessary; no crowns necessary. I highly recommend others seek a second opinion BEFORE letting anyone at this establishment work on your teeth! I will be filing a complaint with the State Board of Dental Examiners. 4/7/18 UPDATE Due to my gums having receded, a number of crowns needed to be replaced. However, instead of the normal exorbitant price of ~$1,000 per crown, I opted to have the work done just across the US/MX in a town called Nuevo Progresso, where I paid $200 ea. This is a very small town that is full of dentists, some US-trained, who can perform most any procedure. Yes, I know what you're thinking, but if you choose carefully, read patients reviews, there's no need to be concerned. (Remember, there are nightmare stories galore about US dentists, too!) I've been making the trip there for many years. The parking lot is full of cars from all over the US & Canada. Park on the US side for $2.00/day, short walk (~100yds) across bridge, and you're there. (Passport or Passport Card required for return.)

This place is very professional and do excellent dental work. I would recommended to anyone but more to people that want great dental work with minimum pain and discomfort. I never had a great dental experience with professional and caring people like them. I love my hygienist Lindsay!
