Dental Care of Fayetteville

It hurt my mouth multiple times when I had to bite down on the small x-ray piece. The oral hygienist cleverly talked me into getting a $25 fluoride treatment when I was unaware of the cost. She was nice and talkative, but more of a sneaky salesman. I originally came in for a specific amount cost on the mail flyer. I said up front to the secretary that is what I wanted to pay cash price without dental insurance. Also, the dentist checked my mouth for cavities and told me I was clear. Then, I mentioned tingling in the past and he said there was a cavity in the very back. Where's the professionalism? I am still not sure if I have a cavity or if it's just a stain. They wanted to do a filing for it in the future. I held off because expensive and what if I don't have a cavity after all? That would have been my first ever cavity. I'll figure that out from another dentist. At check out, my total cost was much more than what I had originally planned to pay (now including the fluoride treatment). Later, this office independently scheduled an appointment for me when I did not request one. I saw it in the mail. I had my teeth cleaned in November and they scheduled me for March when I already had out of state plans. Why would I schedule an appointment for when I'm on a trip? They seem more interested in money, to me. I'm finding another dental clinic. Peace.

Went here one afternoon around 4:45 PM with a potentially broken tooth and they got me looked at with x-rays and everything with an appointment booked for 11 AM the next day to have the tooth removed with only 15 minutes before closing for the night. Doctor Porter was awesome and very personable. He couldn't get the tooth to come out so got me over to the oral surgeon with an appointment within about 45 minutes of leaving his office and without charge because he could not remove it which was surprising because he had worked on my tooth for about an hour or so but that I was very thankful for because a should've been $95 tooth extraction turned into a $535 oral surgery so was thankful for not having another bill on top of that. Hadn't ever used this office before but just went there that day as it was close to my house and was in pain but will be returning here for all of my dental needs because of how great the experience and the staff was. I've used the same dentist for years in Rogers and thought it was awesome but the experience that I had simply in maybe 2.5 hours tops combined from both days was enough to win over my business. Would recommend this place to anyone!

Visited today for a cleaning and a filling. I was in and out- No waiting around. The team was awesome! Very kind and professional

These guys change dentist like everyone changes underwear! So, you go in now, then in 6 months you go back and it's a different dentist. I don't like that. They hold your credits hostage. After more than a year, we've never gotten our money back, yet they constantly inform us that we have a rather large overpayment. Why don't they give it back, even though keeping that money is very illegal? Because they don't want to give it back. They call, non stop, trying to get you to come in and have unnecessary dental work done. That way, you'll spend the money and they don't have to give it back. They have called and emailed so many times in the past year trying to get me to come in for cosmetic surgery. $7,000 worth! I asked an innocent question over a year ago, and this office has refused to let it go. They have never once, sent us a statement. I'm guessing it's because they don't want to let us know just how much or our money they are refusing to give back. I'm hoping that a written letter will get that back. We finally changed dentists. The dentist they had me see after a cleaning 6 months ago also wanted to replace some caps, that there are no problems with. There is no honesty in this office. Only people who want more money out of you. They will push everything you will never want, like invisalign, crowns, bridges...just to get cash. I get letters in the mail telling me that I can get a crown for $100 off. Wow...$100 off of $900. Yeah...I'm rushing in for that dental work I don't need, just because I can get a small amount off. And slow...it takes like an hour and a half to get teeth cleaned, while the person cleaning runs her mouth about stuff you don't care about. I really don't care about their families. I just want the teeth cleaned so I can leave. Find a dentist to go to who is interest in your teeth health, and not your bank account!

Teeth cleaning was fine. But the lady who did my X-ray sucked. She took 25 X-rays. 25 times where she shoved that thing in my mouth and said bite down because she kept messing up. . I got so annoyed I told her to stop and just let me leave.
