Northwest Arkansas Family Dental

This place feels different and better than any dental office from the moment you walk in! I didn't have any phobias with the dentist office, but at the same time I never really look forward to dentist visits (and sometimes put them off a bit) because it always feels like a "chore" on my to-do list. I tried this place because someone referred me. The whole experience was fantastic! The staff is all friendly, patient, warm, and kind. The dentist are helpful and treat you like an individual instead of rushing in and out. Best of all (for me) the facilities were excellent, they had great snacks, and comfortable seating! I LOVED my experience and I'll be looking forward to my dental visits from now on!

I had my first checkup in 5 years, and the experience was great! They did a full set of baseline X-rays and photos so that I could know how things are going over time. The doctors were very helpful and fast with their work. The cleaning process was comfortable and thorough. The facility is set up to be family friendly, which is great because my whole family will be using them!

!!! THIS DENTAL OFFICE LIES !!! My wife and I went in to have her dental check-up. She felt the atmosphere was nice and they were friendly. Turns out that she needed to get 5 fillings repaired and 2 new fillings --- WHICH WAS A LIE. We went to another dentist for a second opinion, which is a longer practicing Dr., to find that she only needed ONE. The difference in cost between their lie and the truth was over 360.00 after insurance. She was then offered a gift card, like every other person who rated them 5 stars, if she would rate this practice at 5 stars. Their 5 star-rating is bought and not earned. This is disgusting that they would lie to patients in order to better their own finances.

I had my first appointment here at family dental. The moment I walked in, I was impressed with the cleanness of the office and how friendly the staffs were! They offered free water, snacks, and coffee. I love dr Johnson, she is super friendly and knowledgeable. The first exam I had, they exam my teeth really thoroughly. They also check my jaw as well and explained everything so clearly. The dental assistant is also super friendly, she went through the details of the cost and tell me the amount I should be expecting. It seems like they really want to help their patients to focus on prevented care, so they will suggest what plans works for you the most and what they can do to help you. You can feel that the dentist truly enjoy what she does! Love my experience here! Highly suggest!

My experience with Dr. Bowen and everyone in the office was the best dental appointment I've ever had! Everyone was very warm and caring from the moment I walked in the door. Their in office benefits program is a must for anyone who's self employed! Highly recommend!!!
