The people I've spoken with for a parent of mine are extremely aggressive, impatient, unprofessional, and have issues listening. That's if you can actually get them on the phone. It confuses me, why do you have a personal business number that you refuse to answer? I can understand if it was a personal relationship, but the reason folks try to contact bha is for business related purposes. How is it that people can choose a profession, knowing they'll be interacting with people and be so standoffish and unreachable? Imagine if doctors were like that. It's a living nightmare, and what's worse is when you're trapped in this position.

The BHA Housing Specialists are highly incompetent and they take no accountability for their actions. My goodness they suck.I wish I could give no stars.
