Not effective or efficient workers. Almost always no one answers the phone or help you solve the problems. I don’t know why we paid lots of tax money in return many of the government agency eat up our money and do not provide the tax payer services. Bad experience with Alameda County Housing Authority agencies.

No answer when you're trying to reach a representative on the phone. Rude never can just get a straight answer

Horrible rude disrepectful facility......just spoke with a women who was completely rude to answering my questions.....this place has no regard for customer service......all they care about are their Friday off days.........no need to be rude, not my fault you miserablr at your job
