Housing Authority of the County Stanislaus

I am very confused about this place. A couple of people at my work get assistance and they earn well over the income cut off. I know this because I put the checks in the envelopes for every employee. They have also had conversations with their case manager while at work and have shown me letters they receive from them. Some of these people this place helps have plenty of money and can afford to pay their own rent. One of the people I know pays $150 in rent a month this program pays the rest and for a family of 5 he earns $31 an hour. He spends well over $1200 on fireworks for 4th of July and another $1000+ for New years. True story. This place needs the Federal Government etc involved and Trump should be told. Money is being wasted on people that don’t want to pay rent but can afford to. Many of you actually NEED the help and you are not getting it. Sue these people and file a complaint. Maybe then they’ll start helping the poor.

Debrah Lathrop is about to get money from her mother's trust so I'm reporting her for financial fraud cause I don't think it's fair that she's about to get alot of money and still be allowed to have section 8.

This place is ridiculous. I don't understand them. They pick and choose who can violate the rules. My coworker and his wife make a combined income of $29 an hour and they have kids but we're denied but my neighbor makes $30 an hour is a thief and a drug dealer and they've kept him and his family. It doesn't make sense. Yeah one person is a kiss as$ but the other one is not did that make the difference? Anyway all of you making less than 30 an hour with a family of 5 or more and have been removed or denied sue them because I know others getting away with it. This isn't a help the poor this is who can play the system better and be a bold liar. Believe your lies and be convincing so they will believe you too.

There's a good chance you will have to wait a lifetime to get help. They are pretty much helping fraud go unnoticed. I sent some proof to the Director etc.. people that are buying 2 new cars a year. . Quitting jobs to stay low income and working under the table.. sell drugs etc.. you want to know what she said... we can't prove where the money came from and buying a new car doesn't mean you have money. Is Barbara Kauss or whatever her name is aware of this? Is the government that is funding you? Someone should let Trump know because this program is a joke! It needs to be gone! Or they need to audit them and ask them why are you still paying rent for people making $4000 + a month??? There should be only a few years allowed per family so the wait won't be as long. This was meant to be temporary help NOT a career choice. Many have made it a career to stay poor to get free shittt. You should check pay stubs every 3 months. . It doesn't sound or look like you do that.

They allow all these people that make more than enough money to stay on and they don't care they just don't want to be bothered with it. They make it sound like its a big deal but it obviously isn't. You have to wait a million years to come up on the list for this very reason. I can not tell you how many recipients I know that make more money than these workers and don't get taken off.
