Listing agent (Cynthia Collins) with Berkshire Hathaway was a complete nightmare to work with. It wasn't until we where financially invested, the agent became sketchy and manipulative. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone, and if you do happen to work with her. I highly recommend getting everything in writing (thoroughly review the wording). At which point I would then recommend having it added into the contract. Not impressed with the experience at all, I will never work with this agent again.
