Cremation Society of Idaho

Gave very specific instructions verbally, and filled out paper work requesting that an obituary NOT be published for my mother. They said they didn't see the written request, and wouldn't let me go through the paper work to find it. Very, very unprofessional team, especially the receptionist who was rude beyond words. Furthermore, and unbelievably, no apologies were offered. If I could publish this with no star at all, I would. This is not the business you want to use to care for your passed loved one! No professionalism. No compassion. No manners.

Our family used Cremation of Idaho last December. I am so thankful to them for the care of not only the loved one we lost but to our family. They took care of all the details (things we never considered) and was so professional and kind dealing with such an emotional matter. Not only that but they were thousands less expensive than the other places I called. I had never handled a situation like this before and they made it so easy with the arrangements. They work with Relyea Funeral which also done a great service for us. We just had a friend pass and when I suggested to their family to call this company I realized how easy they made getting through our sad time and I never truly thanked them for it. This review is my thanks to them.
