The service, excellence and care put forth by Cody and his team have made the building of our dream house a truly rewarding experience. Cody was extremely easy to work with, and always had many unique and creative ideas to make our house one of a kind. His attention to detail, superior craftsmanship and hands-on approach are what sets him apart from other builders in the area. Our house was completed on time and the process from beginning to end was flawless. If you are in the market to build a house we would highly recommend Solitude Homes. First of all reading most of the reviews here look like they are directly posted by Cody Weight trying to saving his business. We personally had an awful experience with Solitude Homes and Cody. For starters our house was delivered 6 months late with no compensation offered whatsoever. The worst part is actually how good Solitude Homes is to lead you to believe you're buying your dream home when you actually end up with a house that is 30% more expensive than your neighbor and designed with the uttermost disgusting taste in house design. Nothing makes sense in Solitude Homes it;s a big patchwork of materials put together with no taste. 0/5 for being late 0/5 for not being sorry 0/5 for horrific prices 2/5 for horrible taste I guess we shouldn't have listened to any advice With so many builders doing a great job in Idaho why choose Solitude ? I'm still wondering how we got there, let's sell it fast now !

I couldn’t be happier! Not only was Cody and his team completely amazing, the finished product was perfect! The attention to detail and how well this project was managed, was top notch!! I will be referring everyone I know who’s looking to build a quality home.

Solitude makes a beautiful home on YOUR budget! I enjoy touring each new home and experiencing open floor plans and unique design features. Each new house is fun and exciting!
