Home Helpers Home Care -Boise Idaho

We've used Home Helpers once so far for in-hospital, post-op "sitting." Mike was very responsive and compassionate when he responded to my call. He met me at the hospital so I didn't have to leave my family member unattended. Kiki (sp?) the sitter was great. She stayed the night in the hospital so I could get some rest. The hospital nursing staff is great for medical care, but I felt much better having the one-on-one supervision when I couldn't be there. She gave me a heads up about a minor overnight condition so I could follow up with the doctor during rounds. If she hadn't been there, I wouldn't have known there was a problem. Home Helpers rates are reasonable and we intend to use them again when our family member is discharged from the hospital.

Driving like an ass doesn’t do good for business when you’re in a company car! How is anybody supposed to think that you have compassion when you’re cutting people off and speeding down the road? Trust people like that? I don’t think so.

Mike is a godsend. I was out of the country and had to get a replacement helper as my previous helper had quit. Mike took care of things immediately. He went to our house on the same day and cared for my husband who is disabled. He also took care of the pets and our home. He was understanding, helpful and reassuring. He gave me daily updates so that I have a peace of mind. I highly recommend Home Helpers.

Mike Jackson and his caregivers have literally been a God send in our lives. He has gone far and beyond most service professionals. I don't know who relies on him most: my Aunt or myself! He deserves # 1 rating!

The most unethical company. Fired the most reliable care person they had. The new caretakers have no empathy or understanding for seniors at all. I could go on with so much more! Avoid. Not trustworthy in my opinion. He says she found a job closer to home! All that you did for my family? You mean asking the caretaker to lie about the number of hours?!!! Now I really know how scrupulous you are! Avoid this company!
