Brighton Homes Idaho

I bought a Brighton townhouse last summer in southeast Boise. My townhouse is in the middle of the Marianne Williams nature park and right by the Boise River and greenbelt. It is an ideal location. I can walk to Bown Crossing and enjoy the shops, restaurants and library. I have lived in my townhouse for six months. It is beautifully designed and built to last. The Brighton warranty is excellent. The warranty staff are highly professional and competent. They are responsive and have helped me learn how to maintain and care for my townhouse. Brighton also manages our Home Owners Association. The staff welcomes our opinions and keeps us informed. I am thrilled with my decision to buy this townhouse. Brighton is bringing the Parade of Homes to Park Place at Barber Station townhouses later this month. Visitors should be prepared to be wowed!

We purchased a Brighton Home in July of 2017. This is our 5th house. We have bought 4 houses in three other states and this is by far the best! We bought a spec home so the house was completely finished. Some of the things that we love about this house are: 1. The landscaping was completely done including the sprinkler system and several large trees. 2. The tile work is excellent. 3. The built in cabinetry. 4. Light fixtures 5. Closet systems - built in wood shelving and bars. 6. Hard wood flooring 7. Plenty of closet space 8. Dual zones for heating and cooling. A couple things that we would change would be the door hardware (a little cheep) and compact fluorescent lights should be LED. Also, I prefer GE appliances - the Bosch are not as user friendly, however, they work fine. We highly recommend building with Brighton Homes.

We recently moved into our new Brighton home in east Boise. Building a house can be very stressful. Brighton's project coordinator Jessica and her assistant Rene made the process about as easy as possible. they answered all of our questions and, if they didn't know some answers they involved others who could help us. They, and other Brighton staff helped us with design ideas that really make our home shine. I also can't say enough about how patient the Jessica has been through the whole process. I'd highly recommend Brighton to anyone looking for a quality, energy efficient home and a great bunch of people to work with. Chuck Blair

My husband and I visited the Brighton Homes parade home in Cartwright Ranch this past June when we were visiting the Boise area. We were contemplating moving to the area, so we took some time to looks at some model homes. One of the homes we looked at was the Spring Parade Home by Brighton Homes Idaho. We loved it! We were impressed with the layout, as it was so unique. We loved the open concept with a twist. We are used to seeing the living room and kitchen open to each other. That can be an issue, as when you are watching tv or entertaining in the living room, you get all the noises from the kitchen. With the Brighton home, they included the dining area between the living room and kitchen, providing needed separation while keeping the open concept feel. This could have created a room that felt too large, but they geniously put a beautiful floating ceiling, covered in weathered wood, above the dining area. This provided the visual separation needed. We also loved the location of the courtyard, the high end appliances, beautiful beams in den....I could go on and on. In the end, we decided to stay on the east coast, but if we ever move to Boise, I would not not hesitate to ask Brighton to build my home. I wish they were in N.C!

We purchased a home from Brighton Homes in December 2016. The experience from beginning to end was seamless. Every person we came into contact with truly cared about the quality of the service provided and the craftsmanship of the home. But more importantly, they cared about us. They’ve gone above and beyond to make certain we are happy and that our needs are met. From the communication during the buying process, to the very detailed walk-thru prior to closing, to the ongoing warranty support, we couldn’t ask for more. We highly recommend Brighton Homes.
