I had the pleasure of working with Mila, Laura and Trey during my home buying process. As a first time home buyer I had a lot of questions, and Mila was extremely knowledgeable and helped us through the process with ease. Mila came prepared to show each home we visited and anticipated the majority of our questions we had about each home. When there was any question she couldn't answer, she would reach out to the selling Realtor immediately and get us the answers we needed on the spot. When it came time to put in offers Mila was great at advising us as to what all of our options were and we ended up getting a great deal on an amazing home. We didn't put in our offer until 8PM and Mila and Laura sent all the paperwork over to get the offer submitted within an hour of our offer so we could sign it and get things moving. Whatever our real estate needs, my wife and I will be working with Build Idaho from here on out!
