I am extremely pleased with Best Auto Group. Fabio is great! He is not pushy at all and SAVED me money by putting me into a different car! I didn’t think I would be able to stay with an Audi because of cost but Fabio made it possible. I drove 200 miles because of Fabio's hard work and dedication to making sure we came to a financial agreement that worked for me! I can’t say enough good things about him and Best Auto Group. I will definitely be sending all my friends and family over! Thank you Fabio for your wonderful service.

Friendly and knowledgeable salesman who took a lot of time with me to explain the financing. The dealership kept their offer open to me even though they did not have the car I wanted. Within a few days they obtained the desired car which had extra options. They did not try to get me to pay a higher price because if this. I was very impressed with that, since like most people I am very wary of car salesmen/dealerships. Very impressed!

Denisse and Eric handled the sale and follow-up details with the utmost clarity and professionalism. He explained every detail of the car to me and she assured me if I had any difficulties with anything in the future that they would be there to resolve any issue. I am grateful to the entire staff over there for their assistance and commitment to excellence during every step of the transaction. Great job to all at Best Auto Group.

I usually don't write reviews, but Joe our salesman was a pleasure to deal with. He made the buying experience truly a dream. We drove all the way from Florida for an Infinity we saw online He was prompt on communication and keeping me informed of what was happening throughout the process. Eric the sales manager was also great. Both gentleman make the experience truly enjoyable. I brought my car home today and absolutely love it. Joe spent close to an hour with me inside the car making sure I was comfortable with everything before I left the dealership.

Staff members were very nice, professional. They didn't have what I was looking for at the time that I was inquiring but nonetheless they did everything possible to help me on my journey of possibly getting a car that would meet my needs. I highly recommend.
