My boyfriend and I went to Taisha to inquire about buying a car from Enterprise in March. We loved our experience there, from the time we walked in the door to the time we walked out, we’ve had the best customer service experience. Everyone in the office worked as a team to help me answer any questions that we had. We were Taisha’s first consultation since she has started car sales the week prior to our visit. Although she was new to car sales, she made us feel comfortable and gave us her own personal experiences with buying a car. We stayed in contact with Taisha after our first consult. We showed her the car we wanted and told her our budget. While we looked on the enterprise website for available cars, she was also doing the same. Once we realized that the car we wanted were unavailable because it was sold to another customer, we decided to come in to buy a car. While booking the appointment to come in to see Taisha, she was out of the office on the day I called. Her colleague, Daniel, answered the phone and assisted me. He answered all of the questions I had, and he also reserved a rental car for me to get to the New Rochelle Car Sales location. I was able to get the car free of charge since I was buying a car from them. Once we got to our appointment we were greeted by Justin (he greeted us when we first came in back March), and he automatically remembered us. He offered us snacks( just like he did back in March) and already made us feel comfortable. We then went and spoke with Taisha and she ordered us breakfast and got us comfortable. We had our hearts set on a 2015 Nissan Altima with 16000 miles because it was in our budget. The car was sold the day prior to our appointment so we were a little heart broken. Taisha went out and found a Chevy Malibu with 18000 miles. She let us test drive it and we instantly fell in love. My father has a Chevy Impala and we loved his car, so by Taisha finding us the Malibu we were ecstatic. At first we were a little hesitant because although the car was a great price (approximately $16,500 with 18000 miles), but it was a little over the budget we had for ourselves (15,000). Once we kept driving it and looking at the features of the Chevy and compared it to the Altima, we decided to get the Chevy. We’ve had our car for a week and we love it. Taisha is still in contact and whenever I call her for additional information, her and her colleagues are still helpful. Our tentative date to buy a car was in July, but since we were confident and trusted Taisha, we bought our first car on May 12th, 2018. We highly recommend her and her colleagues to buy your car !

I had the best experience at this place, very great customer service and a lot of patience . Dan and Brandon made happen and I’m so grateful ! I wanna personally thank Dan he did his best to find the car for me, and did his best to make sure I was in the car at the end of the day .

this is my 3rd car from them and the experience is always pleasurable. friendly, professional and relax atmosphere. no rushing and no haggling! highly recommended!!!
