What a great crew of people here. We purchased our 2015 X5 from Ed and Mike a few weeks back and while i was on my way to work I picked up a nail in my tire. I called Car Factory just to get a recommendation on where to get this fixed they had me bring the car in fixed the tire washed my car and gave me my keys back and did not charge me. I wanted to leave them the review to show i appreciate good customer service and this is why I like to deal with family owned companies. I will recommend this place to all my co workers and family. I meant to do this sooner, I recently purchased a 2016 corolla s and I have to tell you these guys are amazing! Found a car within my budget with low payments. Great selection I will definitely be back when I'm ready to purchase another vehicle and I'll be recommending everyone I know to them. They made my car shopping experience pleasant. Thank you!

Purchased a certified Pre-owned Jeep Grand Cherokee from Mike at Car Factory yesterday we were in and out in about an hour witch was really not that bad (prior experiences elsewhere 2-3 hours) and they got me a great rate with bank of america. Good place to buy cars. Thanks

Recently bought my first car and i can say they are amazing! They made sure the car was convenient for me and my budget. They really go out their way for their customers and treat them like family. Their cars are in perfect condition and they will be honest with you with everything you need to know. They don’t try playing around with you or your money like most car deal ships would. i would highly recommend them to anyone because you can’t find dealships like this one
