Looking for a new car is sometimes challenging without the right people, ever since I made the call to city world ford I got a very good attention. I was recommended here to my man Darwin who gave me the upmost attention from the beginning. From the first moment he saw that was the car I liked and made it possible for me to get it along with his team. When it comes to service they are excellent and closing hours were not a problem at all and when it seemed I wasn’t getting it Darwin made sure I did. I appreciate him and his team for the help you guys are awesome!

The shop is a little hard to find so you have to watch carefully as you drive up the road, but once you get there it gets better. The waiting room is large, clean, comfortable and, when I was there at least, well-stocked with coffee and donuts. The staff is very friendly and then seem to really care about doing their jobs. Pro tip: if you're there around lunch time check out the deli a few blocks south and across Boston Rd. It's as good as it is cheap.

I just want to really thank Darwin, as a Nike employee I know how Important customer service is. I bugged this guy day in and day out and he did not get annoyed once. He’s very polite and respectful he’s also funny, I plan to definitely purchase my next car with him. I recommend this dealership to anyone he great ASK FOR DARWIN!!!!!

Been buying cars for over 30 years, and this was by far the best experience. I was a little nervous after reading some of the reviews but decided to drive to the Bronx. This place really knows how to make you feel at home and we really got a great deal on a used Explorer. It looked like the staff ordered a bunch of pizza that day and while we were waiting, they offered my family and other familys some food while we waited. Everyone was nice and just had a great vibe. I would definitely recommend buying a car from Erick and City World Ford.
