Best Buy

I called the store multiple times and could not get in touch with anyone. Eventually I got through to the "Geek Squad" who transferred me to a endless recording. I was on hold so long I could have watched a few YouTube videos and built the product myself. If you have any technical questions, you'd be better off going in your back yard, digging a hole, sticking your head into it, and asking the soil.

Came in to buy a fast charger for my phone, but my phone is finicky so i wanted to speak to someone to help me pick the right charger.. Ask 1 person and he said he would get the person who worked in that area... i waited 20 min to no avail so i walked out the store.. they need better customer service

Was wandering around the cell phone area obviously looking for a specific item for almost 15 minutes before any sales associate asked if I needed assistance. If they had been with customers it wouldn't have tweaked me but they were just chatting. The associate that finally asked if I needed help was with a customer but finished with that customer before assisting me. Kudos to this gentleman. At least he was legitimately providing customer service while I wandered.

Basic Best Buy, no frills. Was there to purchase headphones while no one asking me if I needed assistance or if they could help with anything. Good thing I went in already knowing what I wanted, because no one was getting their lazy asses off their chairs.
