Sales member knowledge could be better. Ask a question and they'll go online. You can do that at home then order. They do limited price matching. Glad to have one here in the area so I can touch and feel. I do my best to support local economy.

Lois and Cory went above and beyond during our experience there last weekend. They did not have our item in stock, but Lois called the Shreveport location to verify that they had the product for us and stayed on hold waiting for someone for some time just to help us. Cory answered all of our questions and was very helpful in explaining things about the product. All in all a very good experience and I will be going back.

The best buy staff are SUPER very helpful and knowledgeable. I had to purchase a new laptop for my business. Definitely will tell my friends to go there for electronics.

Checking out wireless printers. The associate that help me spent time and lots of patience with me. I do not care for the Geek Squad there at all. But this person was a customer quality person and could teach others on how to bring customers back into the store.
