This place is THE BOMB !!!!! Small cozy place, close spaces, no bath/shower but Ms. Betty has happy hour everyday at 4:30. BYOB, a appatizer or not and meet who's staying there, sharing stories, learn about other places and have fun. Nice dog walking areas outside the park. Good grocery store close. I will be back next year.

If you are looking for something different, this is it. If you are not into social life and interaction with your fellow campers then this place is not for you. Betty is very knowledgeable of the area and she is like having your own concierge and does set up group reservations for local attractions if enough are interested. Full hook-ups at all 17 sites. There are no frills but happy hour is daily at 4:30 and most show up for it. Only downside is the road noise can be a bit much in the early am.

We got lucky and Betty had a cancellation so we were able to get two nights. Then we got even luckier and got 2 more nights. Great people and lots of fun. Plenty to see and do nearby. We visited Avery Island and toured the Tabasco factory.

VERY friendly park. Cramped quarters, no room to have a little seating area outside your rig. But Betty does have covered patio where everyone gathers for BYOB and conversation. Great place if you truly enjoy a social experience.

Loved Betty's. Everyone so friendly. Great place to stay if you love to let the good times roll.
