I went to by outdoor patio set. They didn't have the one I wanted. Went out of their way to call other stores. When the item wasn't available there either, they offered to sell me the floor model...not only did they give me 20% off but the set was assembled!!!, in excellent condition, ready for immediate use. The team helped me get all of the items into my truck and off I went. They were beyond accommodating. I couldn't be happier!
