Sears Outlet

Was here today with my friend to get an air-condition. Good prices, great deals with exceptional customer service. One thing I love about this mall is the variety of options to choose from and the massive parking space.

Worst customer service, no one waited on me or ask, price for damage appliances were 40% off , should be 75% off. Not much to choose from, in West Heaven CT, ashame , waste of time ,Sears outlet in Pittsburgh PA, has good customer service and Best Buy , you get your money worth. I wish I had read the reviews before heading out, I wouldn’t waste my time.

Terrible experience and unhelpful customer service. Bought a mower and it didn't work when we got it home. Thinking it was a dead battery replaced the battery and it was trying to start up without the key in the ignition. Service was supposed to come out. Email confirmation the day before with a window of 8am-5p and waited around all day. No call and no show. I took the day unpaid and made arrangements for my kids transportation and no one called or showed. Husband then loaded the mower into his truck to bring it down to return it and he got turned away because no manager was workin to make returns. The at 730pm got an email and a call to reschedule the service. Told the truck broke down and they can come out again in 2 more weeks. Completely unacceptable. Ended up sending it to a tool repair and spent 50 bucks and got it fixed. Sears will not reimburse us the 50 dollars. Do not go here or expect any help from the escalations department.

Don't waste your time. I saved $300 one the same model at another store and its brand new. Delivery is free and take away of older item is only $15 vs. the $81 that Sears outlet charges. Shop around and you will find better or equal deals for brand new appliances.

I guess I should've listened to the bad reviews up here. Purchased a couch. They said the computer somehow had the wrong phone number on the receipt. So I wrote the number down so that they could attach it to the order. After a week I call to check on the status only to find out they cancelled my order because the salesperson accidentally ordered the wrong pieces. I ask why I wasn't contacted and they said they had the wrong phone number. So I've been waiting for a sofa that isn't going to arrive. Of course they have yet to refund my money and I'm still scheduled to have them debit my account in a week. Seriously terrible and disappointing experience.
