Bob's Discount Furniture

Great customer service in store. However the delivery process is a joke at best. I purchased my bed on 3/17. The delivery was to take place the following Wednesday but was cancelled due to a snow storm. The delivery was rescheduled for the next day but the driver showed up 2 hours early and I wasn't able to be there. The driver refused to honor the delivery window. Now Bobs is telling me that the soonest I can have my bed is the 27th. This is unacceptable. I will not be returning to bobs. UPDATE : Staff will like to you. Quality of products sucks. Delivery driver refused to keep my delivery window and showed up 2 hours early. When I called him back he refused to come back during the scheduled time resulting in a 10 day wait for my bed. When they did come, they refused to take my old bed away which was promised to me when I bought a new bed set from the store. When I was told I would be compensated for my wait it started at the 200 dollar delivery fee. 6 weeks later it turned into 125 dollars after I repeatedly called to ask why I haven't gotten the money back. This place is a joke and you should stay as far away from here is possible.

I must say Sean at the Orange location is by far a great asset to this store. He was so patient and knowledgeable. He is a true reflection of what customer service looks like. I made a purchase at this store and was a tad bit disgruntled at the way they they dealt with it. I was ready to take my money elsewhere but Sean took the time to explain and got me to the right people to solve the issue. He was very pleasant, honest and persistent in putting a very positive spin on the situation. As someone in customer service, I expect a certain level and Sean is the epitome of a customer service repretentive. He is truly an asset and should be rewarded at some level and recognized for his outstanding effort in serving his customers.

Went looking for multiple things for a new home. The prices were good compared to other furniture stores and the staff were very friendly. I worked with Carolina and she was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the products, she helped us find what was just right for us!

As soon as I walked in the door we were cheerfully greeted by Sharon who offered her assistance, and wasn’t too pushy which was very nice. She helped us in deciding between two very nice mattresses and answered all questions we had along the way. Coming to Bob’s was a wonderful experience and I will definitely be returning for any of my future furniture needs!!

Drew is great! We went in for a chair on Friday, needing a recliner for an upcoming surgery. As soon as we walked in, Drew greeted us and let us know he was there if we had questions. No pressure, no hovering or following through the store. He heard out what we were looking for, helped us test out a few options, and thought through the situation we were in with us to make sure we would be entirely satisfied with our purchase. On top of a great in store experience, he was able to work with those up the chain to ensure that we got the chair in time for surgery recovery! Glad Bob's had a comfortable selection, but even happier with Drew's care and customer service throughout the process.
