The staff was helpful and always available. There was a large variety of furniture to choose from. The store was clean, very neat, well lit, and highly organized. It had different sections for beds, couches, sofas, and love seats, and recliners. Options for couches include modular and sectional, leather and cloth, all seats reclining, some seats reclining, and no seats reclining. Some couches had cup holders, and some have light up cup holders. The love seats vary from two cushion to three cushion. Be wary of the two cushion love seats, as they have been known to develop a noticeable sag in the middle after being used for some time. Various accessories within the store are also for sale, such as foot rests, end tables, side tables, coffee tables, and some more decorative and less functional items. The coffe tables are paired with various couches throughout the store. Some of the coffee tables have storage within them, and some do not. Some store footrests underneath the top, and the foot rests contain storage space once the top is removed. Some signage is posted throughout the store notifying customers of different options for accident coverage (spills, rips, kids coloring on the couch, and the like).

A great location with lots of competition.. I am seasonal here..very safe area to shop.

My family and I have shopped at Orange,CT. Location many a times .We have bought stuff and loved them. Excellent staff who very knowledgeable and very professional. Delivery was always in time and fantastic . Never had an issue. Will continue shopping here as often as possible.

My parents just moved and are looking for a new dinner table. I went with my mother to take a look and we were followed by a sales associate as soon as we were pointed to where the bathroom was. We were shown many dinner tables when we stumbled across one that we loved, but it was on the pricy side and we wanted to take some time to consider it. Our sales associate ignored this when we told her and tried to push us to buy it that day or the next.
In addition, my mother has some furniture passed down from her family that got nicked in the move. She asked our associate if there was anything she could do to repair them (furniture pens, etc), and the associate kept talking about the policy regarding damage during delivery or assembly. She also cut me off when I tried to explain our situation to her. While I understand our question was not within the scope of their job requirements, I think that talking over the customer and not taking the time to listen to them is not going to make them any more interested in buying your product.
The saving grace: we went to the outlet store a little ways down the road, and our associate there greeted us when we walked in and pointed us to the tables and desks. He let us browse as we wanted without following us around, and we went to him when we were done. He gave us his card in case we were interested in making a purchase.

It's always a pressure to buy future from this store sale rep Collin was very helpful and knowledgeable about future and the quality of future as well
